I am a very caring and I am passionate about all aspects of care work person and most of my experienced is based around this sector as I have a genuine desire to help people. I would like the opportunity to work in a Care Assistant, Home Carer’s or Trainee Nursery Nurse Role as I enjoy making a difference to people’s lives. I possess an excellent friendly and caring approach as well as retaining the ability to relate to people on all levels. I have experience of administering medications as well as storing all medicine items at the correct temperature to retain its effectiveness. I enjoyed all my time in this sector gaining valuable experience and undertaking extensive training to gain an excellent understanding of standards required to ensure I provide the best level of healthcare possible. I am very flexible in my approach to work. I possess an excellent record level of timekeeping and attendance

Experience:
Responsible for helping clients with transportation, house cleaning, personal hygiene and meals whilst providing an excellent level of care to clients in their own homes. Liaising with other healthcare professionals such as District Nurses and GPs. Assisting clients with dressing and prepare them for their day. Assisting service users with their environment & day to day activities. Monitoring blood pressure and other physical conditions, as required. Making recommendations for changes and improvements to a client’s care. Assist clients with their exercises, physiotherapy and other medical plans. Maintaining confidential client files preparing reports & information as required. Assisting with prescribed medication. I also assisted with the transporting of patients to appointments and activities ensuring they were on time
