Hi my name is Sue and I have just finished six and a half years caring for my parents in their own home. Doing their paperwork, escorting to Drs and Hospital appointments and generally keeping them company. My Mum suffers from dementia so I have had 6 years experience of this.
Before doing this I worked in a busy office dealing with Housing Benefit, Council Tax benefit and Council Tax. Filling in government forms is not daunting to me.
I would be able to keep your loved one company, escort them to appointments, help with day to day paperwork and help fill in forms. I could also teach them to use a computer, for them to keep up with loved ones by email.
I am a good listener, patient, caring and kind.
I am married with 2 grown up sons and 4 grandchildren. I am a Methodist and attend church regularly. I enjoy crafting, knitting, crochet, reading and looking after my 3 rabbitts. I also have my own car, albeit a two seater, which I love driving.
