Carla, senior home help in Heybridge

First let me introduce myself as Carla.I am 34 years old i have had 13 years experience in care.I hold a nvq level 2 in the area of work.I can assist the elderly with general assistance personal care and although not a driver I would be able to do a bit of shopping and offer them a bit of daily company if it was to be needed.I really enjoy the work and I have always treated the clients that I have looked after the same as how I would treat my own and how I would expect my own to be treated. i have always believed in treating people with dignity and respect and I like to believe that in the past I have managed to gain the clients trust and plus the trust of the relatives to the client as they also play an important part in caring for the client.Plus being actual family they will know the client better than anybody else.
