Hi, I am Kirsty, I have worked within the health and social care sector for 5 years now. I began my care work at St Michaels hospice in Hereford as a volunteer whilst at high school, and never wanted to leave, it was a fantastic experience which I was extremely sad to leave behind. I had to leave when starting my job as a home care assistant as the hours clashed. I now absolutely adore the job I do and can't see me ever doing anything else. There is something very rewarding about helping people within their day to day lives to remain independent.
