I am an extremely caring and loving person and receive personal satisfaction from helping others, especially the elderly, as I have cared for my older family members in the past (some with terminal illnesses). Also, i am a very energetic, positive and out going person who can possibly brighten up someone else's life or make it easier by doing various chores for them such as shopping, cooking and cleaning etc. I also believe that sometimes if the people around you have a positive attitude that it can make your life more positive too and that's what I aim to do.
I am currently earning £6 an hour but from my own personal experience I believe the pay for carers and house keepers is quite high so I do not mind working for less or negotiating a price.
