I am a mature, reliable Mum of teens with plenty of life experience providing care and support for the elderly, including my parents. I have experience working for 2 private care companies although I was not impressed with their level of care so left without references.
I attended training programmes to support the elderly in 2017 and in 2020, including safeguarding training, medication training, moving and handling training and first aid.
I can do shopping, pick up prescriptions, help around the house, cook and provide companionship. I am a good listener and like to laugh.
