I am 18 year old enthusastic caring girl. Who has looked after, my Nan whos is 87 and lives alone, needs help cooking and shopping, lifting heavy things. Also my nanna and grandad, who are both 75, Nanna has dementia and Grandad recently came out of hospital. I am really close to them and all say they is they don't know what they would do without me.
