Hello there, I am Sarah cox and I can help the elderly by: cooking, cleaning, housework, shopping, be there for company, etc. I am very independent and can work confidently in a Team. I have great people skills and I can settle in to any environment I am put in to. I am currently doing a Health and Social Care course which includes looking after the elderly and how to keep them company and clean and how to adapt to there surroundings. I have had experience by my grandparents and older adults that live near me. I am always willing to lend a hand.
