I feel I have the right attributes and skills you are looking for. I have varied experience within Education and other sectors. I feel multiple jobs in the retail sector and having experience within the classroom, allows me to work alongside different types of people of all ages and backgrounds. Being able to give assistance and guidance when needed, it has given me a lot of insight to helping people.

I have worked in a variety of backgrounds including a Customer Service Associate, Teaching Assistant and a Cover Supervisor. These have really given me the opportunity to broaden my field of expertise. I have had daily tasks, of phoning customers/ answering the phone, to different types of customers and companies in which have relations with. Including, deliveries to the store or normal product enquiries. I am able to help and assist customers when needed, and I will always try and find a solution to their problem and help accordingly. With any customer information, be it an in-store issue or if I am leasing with head office with an issue, I will always log it on our system for different members to be able to see and assist with it. I have great attention to detail, and I am able to focus on many tasks at one time.

Along side my roles in education, I have had relevant training such as Safeguarding training, Quality Learning training and Quality Planning.

I am very literate, and able to use a computer efficiently, being able to type and log information in a timely matter. I am also very work driven, in which I feel helps come in to order with my time management skills, to get every task done within a reasonable time.

I have a DBS (On the update system) and a Full UK driving licence with access to my own vehicle.
