The Octavia Foundation is a service which offers vital emotional support to vulnerable or lonely adults. Each individual is carefully matched with a volunteer befriender who visits every week.
I am very suited to such a role as I love to interact and meet new people, and have very much enjoyed the Octavia befriending scheme which has taught me many vital lessons throughout.
