1 : 1 session where your child receives support and guidance tailored to his/her specific needs. I skilfully combine yoga based movement, active imagination exercises, cacao meditation, relaxation techniques, sound healing and reiki to offer your child fun yet nurturing session at the comfort of your home.
This session offers your children a toolbox of techniques designed to help them withstand the pressures of time, self regulate and problem solve while expanding their views on what’s possible when it comes to health and well-being rooted in body mind awareness.
I also offers support and advice to parents. My unique expertise is grounded in 22 years of hands-on experience of working with families.
