Lucy, teacher music - EX7 Dawlish

I have played the piano since the age of four and music has always been a huge part of my life.
I was a member of the South West Music School for several years, and during this time I also undertook lessons in singing, guitar and musical theory.
I have registered qualifications for the Piano (ABRSM Grade 7) and music theory (ABRSM Grade 5). I completed my GCSE music exam with a A* grade.
I completed a 1 month work experience placement within the Music Department of a Secondary School, whereby I helped and worked alongside younger students who had chosen to study music. As a part of this placement, I was also given the opportunity to use music as a therapy subject for children with special needs.
I have also gained experience in teaching on a individual basis with young family members.
