Amy Marie, teacher singing in Middlesbrough

Hello! My name is Amy and I have just finished University, and would love to start a career in something I love. And signing is my biggest passion.

I have had 4 years of singing lessons, once a week, and they were the highlight of my week. I only have little experience in teaching singing, as I am currently teaching my boyfrined and my younger cousins, but I have learnt a lot of theory through my singing lessons and through my music lessons at school. I am trained to sing more musical theatre songs, but I also dabble in more modern, pop culture songs, as well as some of the oldies (The four seasons, Queen, Abba, etc.)

After I left secondary school, I dived straight into College and did 2 years of Musical Theatre, which were the best 2 years of my life. I gained the confidence to get up and sing in front of people that I normally wouldn't have, and I gained certain confidence in my singing voice. I then moved on to do Early Childhood Studies at University, but I kept up with my vocal training in my spare time. Now that I have left University, i think that it would be an amazing opportunity to gain experience in teaching, and what better subject to teach than somethign I have been doing for half my life? :)
