Hi! My name is Maria. I'm Spanish and I've been in the UK for a month. I have come as an au pair to learn English. I have studied Physical Activity and Sport Sciences to become a Physical Education teacher in a high school. During my studies I have worked in two institutes. I would like to work as a caregiver or teacher to gain more experience in the education sector.
I am a retired English and German language teacher and now work from home hosting language students and teaching one to one English and German lessons but will also consider group lessons. I will do so in my own home here in Darwen where I have extensive lessons materials available. I can teach up to and including A level but specialize in teaching English to students with English as their second language. I am a friendly and very patient teacher and will make my lessons fun.
