Hi, I'm Lisha , I've been helping to care for my papa and feel as though it's helped him out a lot so I would like to keep helping out by helping other people who need it, I am reliable and am able to keep elders company, prepare meals, go shopping, clean and help out with any other task necessary. I am a young woman who has recently moved to the Fife area. I have recently worked for a company providing care to disabled/elderly people so I am able to give several areas of help to people including, bathing, dressing, cooking, cleaning. I am qualified in manual handling, first aid, food safety and medication. I love reading, crafting and listening to stories.

I can give some of my time to give your elderly family member company/help during the day wetherspoons it be to help with lunch, wee trip to the shop, nit of ironing or light cleaning while you're working or simply a visit a couple of times a day to check on things. I have no previous experience, apart from in primary school when I went to Ludgate House for a month to see the old people that lived there. There was about four of us from the class and we got to play games with them, have lunch, get to know them and their families.
