I am very passionate about elderly care, i am currently a deputy manager of a residential care home, i have an NVQ4 in health and social care

Im Elenya, im 18. I have no experience in caring for the elderly as of yet, but im very willing to learn. I am bubbly and very caring and empathetic. I will listen carefully to their needs and always keep a professional yet kind attitude.

I love helping the elderly. I love talking to them and listening to them. They deserve patientce and respect because even though they are old and not able to do things they are still adults and still deserve just as much care. I absolutely love them and showing them that I care.

I am currently a social work student at university. I have worked in health and social care for 9years with my job before starting university managing a sheltered accomdation and managing a team of health care assistants. Previous to that I have working in care/nursing homes and domicillary care. I am a caring, compassionate and empathetic person, who can assist where needed but also encourage and help you to be as independent as you can be.

I work in a hotel so I have an eye to detail in to what needs cleaning so I don't mind how big or little or big the cleaning is
