Hi I'm jasmine and I am nearly 14. I look after my great grandma sometimes. I am kind, creative and can bake and cook basic meals. I have helped feed children. I can go shopping for them and also take them out and about nearby, as I can't drive.

I have a young sister and a good few sets of grandparents since i am adopted. I assist my grandparents with cooking, cleaning, shopping and many other tasks.
