I am a kind, dependable and friendly person and happy to spend some time with, reading/chatting or shop and cook (maybe batch cook and freeze) some meals for someone who is unable to manage it themself. I have 4 experience as a support worker working with adults in their own home helping with day to day tasks including medical appointments, shopping, cooking, administrative tasks. Experienced in dealing with mental health challenges.

I looked after my nan when she had a heart attack and a stroke. I did everything for her. I also did some work experience in a nursing home so i gained some knowledge there. I love spending time with elderly people and listening to there storys from their life. I can give as much help as i can to help them.
I have done summer work experience at my Aunt's care home in Florida where I assisted in cooking, shopping and playing activities with the residents. I am a very good listener and loved listening to the residents stories! I also loved going for walks and playing games with them.
