Home help for seniors living in Winscombe

I am an English, 19 year old girl who cares deeply about the life satisfaction of older people. I have spent half a year working within a care home accompanying the residents and getting to know them and their lives and I think that the older generation deserve far more attention than they are often offered. I am happy to sit and chat or assist an older person as a task that will be easy for me could be very difficult for them.

I enjoy chatting with the elderly who are on their own and helping them to become more social and allow them to feel as if they have people around them. This is an easier job for me due to being pregnant and I'm sure there will be many things to talk about with them to help them get to know me and for me to get to know them. I have always enjoyed elderly and even from a young age used to love spending time with grandparent etc.
