Hello, my name is Kasia.

I am on a gap year before taking up my unconditional place to study Medicine at Birmingham University in September 2018.

I have enjoyed volunteering at a local nursing home for 18 months and at a swimming club for the disabled for 15 months. These volunteering placements gave me much experience of caring for the elderly (including safe mobility, feeding, dementia care).

I love spending time and helping those who need my help and providing company to the older person brings me great pleasure.
