I have helped elderly people before, helped cook meals, done cleaning and washing up ect, I can help with reading, talking, and doing shopping. I can also help with eating. I am good with communicating with people and looking after them. I am respectful and have good manners, I am happy to help when needed.
I have been lucky enough to have kept my grandparents for all my life and therefore I've been able to assist them with several things. One grandparent of mine lost a leg and therefore I have been able to adapt and help them cope with it.
