I am a 19 year old student currently studying social work locally. I believe that I could offer older adults company and assisting/empowering to complete daily tasks such as cleaning and shopping. I have a calming personality and enjoy the company of others, previously having grandparents with dementia this has allowed me to gain the skill of patience and being aware of when support is needed and also where possible to encourage independency.
