I retired last year to nurse my mother in law who was terminally ill. We found it difficult to find small amounts of help . Someone to sit and chat , read or sit and watch to with her for an hour . This would of been so useful . I would like to offer a range of help from sitting either in their home or at my home to more involved packages. I am keen to help and care for anyone and would enjoy the role of assisting vulnerable people in their daily lives and keeping their routines. I am happy to use my car and time to listen and be present when needed. I am kind and compassionate and organised. I have experience in supporting and looking after my grandparents when they have been unwell or just need support. I have GNVQ on health and social care. I have no current professional experience in care with the elderly.

I looked after my nan when she had a heart attack and a stroke. I did everything for her. I also did some work experience in a nursing home so i gained some knowledge there. I love spending time with elderly people and listening to there storys from their life. I can give as much help as i can to help them.
