I have owned 4 cats for over 20 years and in that time have gained experience of how to recognise what my cats are trying to say, of cat language and of illlness.
I have had two cats aged 17 and 19 and I administered tablets to both. The 19 year old is still going strong and has a mate of 10 years old.
