Volunteering as a visitor for over a year now through Independent Age UK and visit an elderly lady who is 100 for an hour a week. I have a real passion for helping others especially the elderly as I feel they can get very lonely and isolated at times.
I am willing to help all elders, or people in need with anything they need. I like to think I'm confident in what I do and I hope to keep others happy in all they need and want

I looked after my mother for the last 10 years of her life. I did the shopping, overseeing bills and other admin duties, organised medical appointments, encouraged her to socialize as well as anything else that was needed. Also accompanied her on holidays as well as days out.
